Reply to:	IceNet Wireless Very rarely have internet service. I'm tired of being told to reset. Have already replaced box twice cause they are too hot to touch, probably a fire hazard. Was told dec 2018 that they would physically heighten the signal box on my house cause trees were probably causing interruptions, it's now almost sept 2019 and still no reply to this supposed ticket that was supposedly submitted by the tech that visited my house. They tell I nobody else has issues with service. Bahaha j told them do a customer service inquiry with their customers. The worst service ever!!!!
