Today at 6:30 I was enjoying watching the news on Global, it froze and I rebooted. Now no news, no stations up and running such as Global, CTV or CBC. Is the rain that is causing the problem? This is soooo disappointing to subscribe to such a poor product. I did not call as in the past when there are problems, no one answers. Why does no one answer and why no follow up?
