Reply to:	GemsTelecom THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN CANADA AND PROBABLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTING. Gemstelecom is not able to manage their customers, they send invoices with obvious errors but at the end the customer will have to pay. I wonder if they do it in purpose. After reading the Google reviews I have seen other people having the same kind of issues. I will suggest to stay away from Gemstelecom if you want piece of mind.
