Reply to:	GemsTelecom Avoid these guys like the plague! Very difficult to get your modem deposit back. It took them 2 weeks to reply to my request, and now it's going to take another 3 weeks (minimum!) to get the deposit back. They make things overly complicated- they force you to go to your bank to request a bill overpayment, etc... They are very unhelpful on the phone and keep saying that their "policy" won't allow them to send me a cheque. Funny, they had no problems receiving any money, but when it's time to return it, they suddenly have very convoluted policies. This is their way to hoping that people quit and that they don't have to return the deposits. Insane!
