I am subscribed to a 150 meg service, at times the service drops considerably down as far as 108 megs. Coextro's policy is that they will not do anything about it until it drops below 100 megs. I have been told that any thing above 100 megs is within their specification range. According to Coextro Support - ("The speed dropping is expected particularly in peak hours at night") ("Speed variations on speedtests of 10-30% of total speed are normal and expected")
....... like really ..... I pay for a service that they cannot meet.
