Reply to:	Coextro Today, I was having issues connecting to the internet and I went online to the manufacturer's website for teh router and used online chat for help. After about 30 minutes I was almost in tears as the person I was talking to wasn't helping, didn't seem to know how to fix the issue, was being rude and so I called coextro. The customer service rep, Andrew was amazing. He was patient, thoroughly explained the steps we went through, knew how to fix the problem right away and was just nice to me. You have a great sales rep Coextro!
