Reply to:	City Wide Avoid at all costs. They have terrible reviews for a reason. I brushed it off because they were so cheap, but there are other cheaper options now. They double charged me for 4 months. I have automatic bill and credit card payments set up, so I didn't notice until I got hit with overage fees. When I asked to be compensated for these fees, I was transferred to their only customer service manager Tammie Miller, who gleefully said she was happy to tell me they wouldn't compensate me because it was "partially my fault" for not noticing sooner that they unlawfully took hundreds of dollars from me. She laughed at me when I said they can't conduct business way and refused to let me contact anyone above her to file a conduct complaint about her. When I asked for her response and reasoning in writing she refused. When I asked for a transcript of the call, as is my right under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, she violated the act and insisted I had to have a lawyer request it. Look at their rating on the Better Business Bureau. Numerous complaints about customer service, Tammie Miller specifically, and billing errors, including continuing to charge people after they've cancelled. There are other cheaper locally owned alternatives now, including Netfox and Purple Cow. Try one of them instead. Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore City Wide's reputation. They've earned it.
