Reply to:	1-VOIP It was a complete disaster from day one. To start off, they assigned a number for the wrong city so calls would have been long distance. Repeated calls to tech because calls/voice mail couldn't get through our computer firewall. They'd say they would call back and wouldn't and then after 4 or 5 days of waiting and calling back, they finally emailed some generic link to a website so we could try and sort things out ourselves. Overcharged more than $100...what else could possibly go wrong in the space of three months? My husband is such a patient man and I've never seen him so angry and frustrated over anything, ever. It was beyond horrible.
