Reply to:	Rogers I have been with Rogers for more than 10 years and they keep adding additional cost to my bill for the same services. I called the customer service they simply want you to leave. They are very rude, not helpful at all. It seems like their employees are forced to work there or they have no choice that's how they treat you over the phone. My bill went up by 100$ within past 2 years, let me tell you this does not include any upgrade. We have to return on of our boxes bcz the promotion wa over and they wanted more money. For internet we have ignite 300 and it does not work in second floor when I complaint they asked us to purchase additional equipment (Hub) for extra. If you have unlimited budget then go ahead and sign up with them. Otherwise, forget about Rogers! too expensive with minimal customer appreciations! your business mean nothing to them !
