Reply to:	Rogers I am really disappointed with Rogers postpaid connection, they have many billing issues, they do not understand simple prorating concept when the plan is changed.Also they do a direct debit from your account when you have provided your account information a proof that you have account in Canada, they misuse it to direct debit without your knowledge.Also I was being told I will have to pay total bill of 80 including taxes but when I get bills its 100 dollars with taxes which is way beyond and there is no flexibility for plan change, they lock you up with higher price plans and cheat customers saying we cannot move to another plan even if I do not need 8gb per month, they force their plans on you and lock you in contract saying device is free.
