Reply to:	Shaw I started service on july, nobody explained to me properly that I need to wait for 2 weeks, calling to customer service is night mare!I was waiting 3 times 2, 50 hours, today i have been waiting for 5.00.37hours, this record!!!!!agents are not aware how to find account, they can't send properly bill and change the address, this is mess with a payment!This the reason I am calling now.!try to chat online, no help, at all. the last bI requested to speak with supervisor, couple times agents han up on me!One supervisor didn't respond on my complains, no even apology!you guys represent not only your company, you represent Canada!
