Reply to:	Videotron Terrible customer service, the service agents will put notes in your customer file or flat out insult you if you miss one payment date & interrupt your service. I been with this company over 10+ years they used to be good and provide quality customer service. Right now, I would advise staying away unless you enjoy the constant discrimination and harassment its just totally not worth it. The prices on said services are already too high and they are now way too fixated on taking your money they do not care about anything else. If you do not have unlimited bandwith beware, as they will send you 500$ over data use bills on Christmas and refuse to negotiate with you any waiver and will force you to pay in full.
