Reply to:	Storm Internet Services I subscribe to the starter service 3 Mbps down / 1Mbps up The monthly rate is fair $40 plus $10 for the wireless radio signal receiver Speed is good - it actually matches what they say DNS resolution is terrible. So if I go to some sites, my browser hangs and then I get a message that the web site cannpt be found or is unresponsive. These are the same sites that I can reach without any problem on anpther provider_s network I called technical services and they said it wasn_t their problem because the tech support dude at the home office had not problems reaching the site There was no attempt to assist I believe it has something to do with their DNS and routing as the signal hops within their network I use WN7 Someone else who uses a Mac and never has problems with accessing all sites on another provider_s network, tried to connect to those same sites and also had their browser hang Have used IE11, Chrome and Safari - no difference Something is amiss with Storm_s service
