Reply to:	Start Communications DON'T waste your time with this company - this installation process has taken 3 weeks and i still have no internet - everything is connected and ready to go but the company has no idea why it doesn't work. i have had to call on a daily basis to see whats going on and can never get a straight answer. Except when they want us to pay a bill for a service that we DON'T have. The installers left cable and garbage on my living room floor and just left. They do not care about getting the issue resolved, and will not send someone to fix issue until i book another appointment (which takes at least a week) VERY poor customer service,VERY poor experience! I will be mentioning this experience to everyone i know or talk to about START communications - bullshit after bullshit on a daily basis - AVOID START COMMUNICATIONS! They should be called STOP communications. They do not care about their "customers".
