Reply to:	Start Communications I've been with them 4 years and never had an outage. Speed delivered is consistent and as advertised. I've only had to call customer support 3x and on each call, it was answered very quickly and professionally. I had cable Internet with the incumbent for over 10 years but NEVER received service even CLOSE to what Start has delivered. This company cares about their customers. They are 5 Star All the way! Note: The basic package noted here by gonevoip is out-of-date. As of Feb/16, the basic package for Ontario is now: 15Mbps down, 2Mbps up, 200G bandwidth/mo - $40/mo and an unlimited bandwidth option for an additional $15/mo. They still deliver FREE bandwidth to all customers from 2am-8am.
