How does a company like this actually still stay in business I have had zero internet for more than 72 hours in all my years since internet has even been invented every company that I've ever dealt with not one company has been shut down like they are this week their systems are shut down phone internet everything how do they stay in business if they are a part of Bell.. they have done nothing but play games with me they cut me off for absolutely no reason when my bill has been paid a week early and because their systems can't get into my bank account and take more money they cut me off and tell me that it's their computers that did it. So every month or every other month I get cut off and they charge me there 25 to $35 fee on top of my regular monthly internet charge.. if I wanted to pay $100 a month for internet I would have just gone with bell or Rogers.. they are a large scam cutting their customers off and charging them reactivation fees and have nerve enough to tell people it's not an activation fee then what is it your systems cut me off and then you take 3 days to turn the internet back on and you don't even have the courtesy to communicate with your customers you don't call them you don't email them all your machines do all the work and they do the wrong work because nobody pays attention to what the machines are doing.. every single customer service or technician I have spoken with always has the same spiel to spill out either English is so bad you can't understand them or I have to speak French to them just to communicate. None of the customer service people or technicians ever write anything down in the system to try to keep a good communication between the company and the customer.. run away as fast as you can this is not the company you can rely or trust they scan your bills and try to go in your account to take your money whenever they want and change your billing dates and then cut you off over $10, don't bother to tell you you owe $10 they just cut you off.. they have changed my bill price so many times that I don't even know what my bill is anymore and I only get the same thing I have for the last year-and-a-half with them and that is unlimited internet and a home phone my home phone didn't work for 6 months and they refused to reimburse me for the six months of it not working because they never wrote anything down to pass the next person or technician that we needed service.. I have decided to leave them and go to another company called DCI which is Telus lines and Bell cable and internet
