Reply to:	EBOX (ElectronicBox Inc.) The service representatives are friendly but the follow up is ridiculously incompetent. They sign you up, take your money and then repeatedly forget about you completely. You call them repeatedly asking when will they connect you and they cannot respond. Then you ask for a complete refund and account closure and they promise to return your money 4-6 weeks later via a cheque, which you may need to chase perpetually. They_ve grown too fast and cannot manage or deliver. How can they still be in business?
