Reply to:	VOIPO On their web site, they write: "It may sound crazy in this day and age, but we care about your experience with our VoIP service and appreciate your business. Really." After having first been confronted with on-line chat operators who were nothing but cashiers that had no idea how their system could interface with reality, and sending an e-mail to their sales staff outlining what our situation is and what our requirements are for a possible solutions, we have now still (after 3 days) not even got a reply back about what time frame we should expect for an answer, despite three times having re-forwarded our inquiry and asked again. This is NOT what I expect from someone who wants to be know for caring about customers...
