Reply to:	TekSavvy Solutions Inc. Very rude from the moment Paula (customer service rep) came on the line. Cut me off several times until the point I started getting very angry at her by raising my voice and calling her out on what she is (a B***H!). Even the tech guy was upset with Paula's way of dealing with people on the phone. All the way through the nasty conversation she had the nerve to try and defend her way of speaking to us. Quit your job if you're sick of trying to deal with people on the phone you rude douche bag!
