Reply to:	TekSavvy Solutions Inc. Cheap. Which is nice. However, when something goes wrong, like a downed line in your backyard, nothing gets resolved. Sitting it a puddle now for a week with no backyard access for my dog or kid. No notice when Shaw is supposed to come, and no follow-up, except when I pursued them. "Oh," they say, "not done? Hm, it says here it was done." "Uh, rest assured it was NOT done. The wire touching the ground in my backyard clearly shows it was not done." "Well, the best I can do is put a rush on it." "What does that mean?" "Well, they'll make it a priority." "How is a downed wire not a priority right off the hop?" "..." Seriously, $#!T service. Don't do it.
