First day of installation technician never came!! I took a day off espwvially for that and didnt leave my apartment and the tech guy never showed up. Called customer service and they said he came but no one was home which was a lie as my husband was also at home. I asked why the technicien didnt call us & the answer was tech guy not suppose to call. What a bullshit!!! Very bad customer service..stay away from them.
