When I called the service center they said that they cannot send a tech and they will send a modem overnight. The modem took 8 days to arrive. It was a DOA (dead on arrival). Even after that they still did not send a tech. Now it has been 11 days with no land line nor internet. Their techs are rude. Their policies sucks. Their equipment is crappy, probably the cheapest on the market. I will probably cancel the subscription.
