Reply to:	Acanac They would keep you on hold for hours, offer no solution and only when you threaten to cancel the service, will they finally help you. This time, when we called to say we were canceling, we were offered free 2 months service and a promise to rectify the problem immediately. We refused and are going to get the refund.
