Reply to:	Primus Horrible experience. Duped my 70 yearr old dad. They said if he signs up they will install and do everything else to transfer the account. They ended up cutting his phone line and refused for someone to come set up the Router. My dad is 70! He does not know how to use a computer or set up anything. The sales guy knew this when he was signing him up . these ass wipes said they would set up his internet and everything just to get the account but never did. After weeks they finally agreed to cancel it Customer support is useless. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL ACTIVE???
