Reply to:	Primus When I was in costco I noticed a Primus booth and inquired about more information. It seemed like a great service. I gave a very small amount of my information and was told a rep would contact me to further set up an account. The next day I received an email with contracts in my name and forged signatures (The signature wasn't even my name) for services that were almost double what I was told. After hundreds of calls and emails my account is still open with a small balance owing. I get phone calls and emails from them every month because I "owe" them. This has been going on since March 2019. It's now September 2019 and I'm still calling them monthly begging for my account to be closed.
