I signed agreement for $45 per month but realy it was $68 !
They not told me about modem rental , terminal rental, and some extra fee.
so difficult to contact to customer service.
connection speed very bad and slow, response time long.
I tried disconnect from Primus and it take me 1 month.
They not call me back for disconnect.
