Reply to:	Primus On these times of pandemic, many people are working from home and doing schooling as well. I have a contract with PRIMUS Canada for 150 Mbps, and I get 20 Mbps, my devices and children devices get disconnected very often. I called PRIMUS several times, and several remote test on modem has been done, and the problem of the unstable internet signal continues. A was offered to send a technician to fix the problem, and a call from ROGERS Communication. Neither one or the other was done. We are totally frustrated, and willing to change provided after years with PRIMUS. Its service at the worst these days so far.
