Reply to:	Comwave Comwave us a difficult company to deal with. I have been a customer for over 4 years. I am attempting to cancel the internet and home phone service as the home it is in is sold and closing September 27, 2019. You are always switched from one person to another. After some time on hold and having made my request to two different representatives all I was able to do was have them note the details of my request on file. I was told that I would still have to call back on the date of the house close (like I won't be busy enough that day) to obtain a confirmation number. Who does this? Certainly not any utility company or Roger's or Bell. For the very little savings Comwave offers it would be prudent to stay away from this company.
