They screw your life so royally and in professional way. i think you guys should get the patent for this. For simple services like address change installing your internet and phone they require 2 weeks and every day you should talk to there customer care representatives for long hours. Request to Customer care representatives managers to check TAT for each CSR they take for one call. Never ever in your life one should opt for comwave Networks Inc. service.
