Reply to:	Yak I have been using YAK Home Phone service since June 2016. It has been down more often than up. Customer service people are poorly trained and ready to offer excuses why service doesn't work rather than trying to resolve the issue. Super long wait times to speak to anybody at "Technical Support". Once you get finally a live "Help Desk" person they seem to be lost. They keep switching between different "profiles" what usually works for a day or two and than phone line goes down again. Messages left at their system to call back NEVER get any response. Hardware they use is made by Cisco so it should be reliable. I lost count how many times I had to reset their phone adapter connected to SHAW Internet. If I knew how unreliable their service is I would have never bought it. STAY AWAY from YAK if you do not want to be constantly frustrated.
