Reply to:	RuralWave Very poor customer service. The install was late by about three months from what we were told it would be. The cable set top box was about three weeks late in arriving and they could not tell me when it would get there. One good thing was that they did give us the upgraded (PVR) box at no extra charge for the trouble. Cable internet is very flaky. We disconnected about six times yesterday and the average download speed we are seeing lately is about 5Mbps on a service that is 25Mbps. Billing is very confusing, they had the wrong pricing for the first invoice and then all three services are being billed at different times. The IP phone (better model according to them) only allows for one phone in the entire two level house. On one call we tried with it, the person on the other end could not hear us.
