Reply to: VoIP Much Phone Company
My current VOIP service malfunctions every time the internet goes down. This is understandable, but the phone service does not come back up after the internet is back on. Is this an issue with my provider or a function of using VOIP? In other words, if I switch providers will I have this same problem? I cannot stand spending hours on my cell phone trying to get someone to walk me through setting my phone back up and more.
