Reply to:	Comwave The following is the message I left with Comwave after I received a letter when they could not access my account to bill me for the service I was never able to use. I want my account cancelled. I have had the account for longer than I care to remember and have never once used the service because it has never worked. Whenever I have tried to get help, your customer care is either closed or impossible to get in contact with. My credit card that was set up with the account was stolen so it was cancelled and that was the only way I was able to stop you crooks from taking money out of my account. I do not know how many people you have scammed and I can not believe you can even provide a service. Now I get a letter from you saying you have sent the $10.60 to the credit bureau and to "Govern myself accordingly". You even stated you tried calling me and of course it is during the time of day when I work and do not answer my cell phone and you dumbasses do not even have the courtesy to leave me a message. Trust that I have copied this message and am going to post it on Facebook and on as many reviews and blogs as I can! You guys have been sponging money off of me for so long that it is the least I can do, to drag your name through the same shit as the service and product you provide! Please email me back, as I know a phone call will not be at any time that I can answer, so that my account can be cancelled and I can mail you the the money I owe you!! You guys really suck! - Another disappointed customer
