Reply to:	Comwave Service is horrible, there is no technician who can fix your problem by coming home, trouble shooting over phone is for 145 minutes. I have been with them for 4 years and have had to replace 6 Grandstream boxes. Very sad that I fell for the home phone and internet promotion and are bound to their shitty 3 year contract.
