Reply to:	Comwave The customer service rep. who attended my complain was very polite and shows professionalism and knowledge took the time and patience to fix the problem Im having with my home phone, but still I having the same problem which is: I cant make outside calls always there is a message from operator You call can not be completed at this time, please try again...We are sorry.. please hung up and try your call again later..or out of service. Im having this problem for more than weeks. I will appreciate if some body help me to fix this problem.
