Reply to:	Comwave Comewave misleads there customers they also do not provide the services that they are selling. When I purchased internet service I was sold a internet service that is unlimited date, 15 mb/s for $55/m I rarely ever get service over 350.kbs and being billed $70/m and random added fees of $50 when they feel like adding it. Also there is a three year contract that I was not told about when buying the service. The service goes completely down from about 8pm to 1am nearly every night. When trying to call them there is always a wait time so far have never been able to get a hold of a rep waited 5 hours once. I sent emails to them they typically just send a email back telling you to call them. Frustrating trying to get a hold of them. after months of calling and emails they partly resolved the problem. I was getting about 1mb/s for a few weeks but has now returned to very poor service and not able to get a hold of them. What to expect for doing business with Comewave is spending more then you plan to a service not as good as you agree to and hours of frustration and disappointments.
