Reply to:	Comwave Ok, I have an update to a earlier posting. Comwave called me to clear up the complaints I had. I spoke to a person who represented the consumer inside the company. We had a good talk about how I felt I was being nickle and dimed to death. Before he called he pulled the tapes of the sales call when I first called to sign up. He listen to them all and let me know that I was told about the 50.00 for the voip adapter but not for the internet adapter. OK I was in the wrong. He then stepped up to the plate and waved booth of the security adapter fees for me. Then we moved on to the free home phone for 6 months problem. I was lead to believe that it was the whole home phone but it is not. IT is just the 19.95 for the basic phone that is free. He also agreed that it is not that clear and that he would address this with the sales team. He wants to make sure they know what they are telling the customer in correct. Over all what do I think. Is the internet fast, YES!!!! is the call quality good on the voip phone line YES. Do they need to work on there sales calls yes, but who in any industry can say there sales team is perfect. I will admit that they fact they he reached out and we were able to see each others sides and points was great. Then come to a resolution that benefited the customers speaks volumes to me. I can see why they received the consumer choice awards YES. Thanks for hearing my side of the story and yes places like this do work when you want to get your word out.
