Reply to:	Comwave My D-Link modem crapped out. Called to get a replacement. Talked to 3 people in three countries ( El Salvador, Guatamala, The Philippines ). Took almost 2 hours. I either have to pay a $3/month extended warranty fee, or buy the modem outright for $50 with a one year warranty. Plus, I am on the hook for the shipping fee of the new modem, then the shipping fee to return the old one. They said my account would be credited said amount of both transactions. Told them to sick it hard! Just send me a new one, supply a bag with postage paid to return the old one. I was put on hold...........no s**t!! Person had to talk to her manager..............waited. Had to hang up.........no time for this. Keep away from Comwave.
