Reply to:	Comwave I recently decided to switch from my home phone provider. I gave these people a call and within 3 days they had put 2 charges on my credit card, 1 for shipping their box which I had no problem with paying, 2ndly they charged me for a 29.04 for a months service which wasn't going to work with my number for a month, for 1 excuse after another. Naturally I wasn't pleased being charged for a month when they were "not" providing my service for that month, so I cancelled within 30 days and payed the shipping of their box back to them. When I called about them refunding my 29.04 for the month they refused to refund my money. As far as I'm concerned these people are nothing but thieves and obviously in NO way would I recommend this company to my worst enemy.
