Reply to:	Comwave I wish I could have read all these reviews first before switching. Worst thing I've ever done in my life!!!!! I switched to thinking to save few bucks, but will cost my life with a heart attack dealing with everything, from customer service to the actual service itself!!! They will convince you to take your old phone number so you can avail the 6 mos free, meanwhile they will charge you $60 for the transfer of old phone number. They were able to talk you out of getting a new phone number but they will not tell you about the charges for keeping your old phone number. And when you tell them that, they will simply tell you that they were sorry for you not taking your time to read their legal terms and conditions. Aside from that, they take your money before you even use the services. I said fine, if that's their rule about billing its okay... but one day I was trying to make a phone call, it keeps saying a message, I have no clue what was going on, until I tried to call my husband's number and it says the same thing, so I called comwave to complain about my phone... you know what they answered me??? "Oh we have to put your service on hold due to outstanding balance!!! I said, what????? You hold my service because I have an outstanding balance? I just signed up, and you just took out of my visa for my first month service that I haven't used yet, what balance are you talking about???" And you just cut off services without notifying your customer? So I lost it, and I said to cancel everything. But that's not the worst part. I went to the library to access internet since i'm in transition of finding another provider, I checked my visa statement, they took money on my visa, the SAME DATE that I called when my phone is not working because they put my services on hold!!!!! Can you believe this???? But it gets better folks... so basically, when I called Sept 5th to cancel everything, I thought, that was it. I said to myself, forget that, one thing lesson learned, at least its over. Yesterday, I checked my visa again, I saw Sept 10th, another charges of $56.50 was taken by comwave... OMG!!! that's when I lost it. I could go on and on, but just telling you all folks, don't be fooled by these people... this is a great example of FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER TAKE IN YOUR LIFE!!!! FEW BUCKS OF SAVINGS IS NOT WORTH THE AGONY!!!!!! COMWAVE SUUUCKKKKSSSSSS!!!!!!!
