Reply to:	Comwave They said that there was service in my town, got it set up, doesn't work, come to find out, the service is not available PLUS after many hours on hold then with a support tech, the modem is broken!!! They charged me $132.52 for this mess and hours of my time!! after finally getting through on their 416 # (which means I paid long distance charges) they will reimburse me 110.96 upon receiving the modem back, which could take up to 6 weeks!!!! AND they also gave me the wrong address to send it to, good thing I double checked, but again more time wasted on the phone. Terrible terrible support service and no one really knows what they are talking about!! Shame on you!
