Reply to:	Comwave What kind of flim-flam scamming company is this. My trouble began as soon as I talked with the first sales representative. He took all my information down, including my credit card info which I must say, I was quite uncomfortable giving it to them. We discuss the level of programming I want, he cant or won't explain clearly the details of the six month free program, says that will come in the mail with the telephone adapter, which by the way, he never tells me he was charging me a cent for it, which turned out to be nearly $ 20. I ask for an installer due to my busted back and chronic pain syndrome. The adapter arrives in three or four days, but no one calls me about the when to expect the installer. I try for weeks to get through, no luck. Finally, disgusted with them, I file complaint with their complaints Department. This is currently on-going for last three weeks, during which time, with no Comwave hookup, they illegally charge my credit card $50 for monthly service that I haven't received, and no contract has been signed. Now I'm stuck playing phone and e-mail tag with their ombudsman, who is either overworked or overcooked (LOL
