I have comwave, at first they were going to come to my house to "hook me up".....I asked them to have the tech guy call me when he was done his call before mine, and I would meet him at my house as I am a contractor and was working 2 blocks from my house. He did not call me, just left a note on my door he was there! So I phone the company(LOL,LOL,LOL,LOL) could not get thru for hours the first day, so I quit trying....the second day same thing, third, you know it!!!! So finally when I do get thru(could not e-mail....no computer! and I am working crazy hours, so really dont have time for this shit anyways! I just want my service!!!)it is 1 and a half months later, a lot of the time was due to me,....but I just did not have the time for it! So we set a date and tech comes over. Tech is very professional knew what he was doing and was very quick at his job aw well! Polite, did his job and was in and out in no time! Apologised for the prior mix-up and was on his way! So at this precise time I have a good taste in my mouth with regards to Comwave. One week goes by and my service is shut off, and as always at a very bad bad time for me! Try to get thru to comwave and same shit as before ......CANNOT get thru.....At last after I do get thru about 3 days later, I check my credit card in the meantime and see that 3...yes three months of payments have been taken from my account! So I get thru and the first lady takes all my info, listens to my whole story and then says I have to put you in touch with customer service! Girl No. 2..... She once again asks me for all my info....I said to her I have just given all this info 10 minutes ago.......she says she needs it to proceed.......so once again all my info.....tell her everything that has happened and she says she has to forward me to another person, I tell her to forward my info as well, as I am tired of having to go thru it all just so they know that they are talking to the right person!!! No idiot would stay on the phone (my cell phone that is cause I have NO SERVICE)this long and be getting absolutly nothing out of it!! So I say make SURE you forward my info....next guy comes on and knows NOTHING about me and to go any further he needs all my info!!!!!!! It has now been about one and a quarter hours on my cell phone that charges by the minute btw. This guy his name Alphonse, guess what.......can"t help me, BUT ASSURES me the next person will be able to!! I plead with Alphonse to forward my info and he tells me not to worry hes got it and he was very sorry on behalf of the company! On to the next person.....they answer the phone and say "may I help you" and then ask me for my info so they can find out who they are talking to! I swear I am not making this up and I had no feelings about comwave pro or con before this call!! Except for the getting hooked up and then the no service!! Anyways they acknowlegded that they have over charged me and got me hooked back up. I told them they have no access to my credit card and they are going to have to send a hard copy of my bill and I will pay it at the bank. If they do not like that they have to return my money and come and pick up thier toys. I am not and will not give comwave a free swing with my credit card and have them debit my account for 3 months and me getting 8 to 10 days of service for it! It"s like giving a 13 yr old a credit card in a shopping mall and leave him with no guidence for 4 months after telling him you would be back in a week!!! STAY AWAY, I believe they are trying because the last guy.....he was management I was told......was being really nice but just could not get it!!!!!
