Reply to:	Comwave I have been with this company for over 2 years for telephone services. Had a problem with the telephone modem and after 3 hours talking to tech support, they admitted that the modem was defective. Then they said since the modem has 1 year warranty on it, I need to pay for the modem replacement another $50 or buy a warranty of $3 a month. I refused and told them that I will discontinue my service and will contact CRTC. Only after a long conversation with the supervisor, they decided to send me the modem which took a few days to arrive and it took me another 48 hours to contact them and reactivate the new modem.
