Reply to:	Comwave I can't believe that this company is still in business. Signed up for their services. What a joke! Showed up at my home destroyed my office literally. Toke 14 days to get my own number in use, because they never requested it from bell. Got my first bill to find out that the $49 bundle with 6 months free on the phone did not apply to me because I took the upsale for long distance. Nobody told me, so by the time you added everything together I was paying more then Bell. They told me that they would arrange for the termination of my services with Bell and that was not done. I was paying for both bell and comwave for my internet. When they asked for my visa # for an installation fee they never told me that they would be billing everything to my visa. And even on my day of cancellation I still did not have caller ID. And now they want to hit me for a cancellation fee for $400.00 and they are holding my phone # of 16 years hostage and a portion of the line so that I do not get long distance calls or calls from cell phones. I keep asking to speak to a manager and no one calls be back because of course you can not ever get to speak to one when you call in. I can't believe that these people are allowed to get away with this and that a famous spokes person like Ti Domi represents this company. I will fight these people to the bitter end for my phone # and not to pay this crap cancellation fee.
