Reply to:	Comwave Over-priced. 3 year contract when others have no contract. A-and it automatically renews for another year if you do not cancel a month ahead of time. 6 month free period is not part of 3 year contract. Customer service is really more customer abuse. They do not listen. They are not helpful. After my first device broke (after years of fitful use) i had to return it at my expense, they sent me a replacement that did not work and wanted me to return it, also at my expense, and then they failed to send out another one. When i called to complain, they did not apologize. They ignored that their techs had said the device did not work (after 2 1/2 hours on the phone with 2 of them) and wanted me to repeat the infuriating process with tech support before they would send out another device. This was their treatment of a customer who had been with them for more than 3 years. Just atrocious behaviour on their part. Stay away from Comwave unless you are a masochist, enjoy paying twice what others do, being abused by customer service and threatened with legal action if you do not fulfill your contract even though they are not holding up their end.
