Reply to:	Comwave Never had problem with phone connection. Yesterday switched internet providers so had to call today to update my home phone connection. Spoke to Alejandro ext.3432. He provide excellent service, stayed on the line with me the whole time, helped me set up home phone router (it got disconnected by the technicians), guided me in detail on what has to be connected where, reboot the whole system and we tested the phone right away by calling in and out. Loved the experience
