Reply to:	Comwave I was with Comwave for two years and had a horrible experience with the quality of the phone service. I tried to stick it out but just couldn't and feel I gave them a fair shot. I admit it was mostly because of our internet connection through Xplornet which is satellite and has a lot of latency. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FAST INTERNET SERVICE. AFTER TWO YEARS THEY ARE CHARING ME $150 TO LEAVE AND SAY I HAVE NO CHOICE. I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING AGREEING TO THIS AND I SEE THEY HAVE ALREADY DINGED MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE THE SERVICE HAS EVEN ENDED. AS SOON AS BELL CANADA CALLED THEM THEY GAVE ME 30 MINUTES NOTICE THEY WERE TAKING My MONEY IF I DID NOT CALL THEM AND CANCELL THE TRANSFER TO BELL. The customer service rep did not care and said it was my fault for signing up for the plan if I did not want to pay to leave. Really?????? Nice company!!!!
