Reply to:	Comwave I called Comwave customer service this afternoon, my issue is I can view my whole call log history before and now I can only access my recent 6 months of call history in my account. I need my call log history for a government paper work and having full call log history is the point why I picked Comwave in the first place. Comwave changed this full history function without giving me any notifications. And when I asked them how can I get my call logs, the representative told me I need to pay about $350 CND to have the service I used to have. I was not happy with this result and she said it's the company policy and there's not too much she can do. I asked to talk to their supervisor, after 15 minutes listening to the annoying background music, a woman picked up the phone, she was not knowledged what situation I was facing, so I repeated it. And then the worst customer experience just happened, she said 'HELLO' and my call was cut off right after. And never called me back, (they have a CALL BACK TO OUR CUSTOMER service). I can tell it was that supervisor cuts off my call, because if it was a technical issue during the conversation, I could not possibly to hear she said HELLO. DON'T GO WITH COMWAVE, YOU STILL HAVE YOUR CHOICE FOR NOT TO GET PISSED.
