Reply to:	Comwave Be clear I never knew I had chosen Comwave but they were the owners all along of my now defunct provider iHook. They failed to notify me as a subscriber when access to the iHook user dashboard was cut off; they make it impossible to register with them even when directed to do so by their delightful but un-impowered people in the El Salvador call centre to take flak from disgruntled Canucks. 1. Comwave has failed to port my phone number to a new provider after 10 days 2. Comwave are demanding $50 + Hst for number transfer BUT Comwave have given me no means to make payment and even the call centre staff were unable to make it work. 3. I have written Comwave in an attempt to get direction o making payment and I keep receiveing notice that the eamil is undeliverable. All of this would be funny if it were not so desperately incompetent. The Comwave claims to have won a "Consumer Choice Award"! Wow, amazing...the only thing I can see deserving of that are the warm hearted call centre staff who continually apologize for being unable to rectify my simple problem. Comwave is headquartered in Toronto and have Leafs 'legend' Tie Domi as a spokesperson. He apparently has never tried to leave them. How bad is bad? Now you know!
